Note that during this April Focus Group Phase, that not all of the national college ministry contacts have been updated.  This will be complete in May.

We are starting first with iPhone users.  Android users, email us with the gmail registered with your phone and we will set you up.

If we are sending this link to you, we are asking if you would like to participate with these steps.   This should take you less than 10 minutes.  

Columbus and OSU have been chosen to pilot the new App with HS students and ministries during April so that we can start advertising nationally in May. Thank you for your help with this project to make it normal for no student to start college alone, but be prepared to work in teams to reach fellow freshmen! 

Download the ESS App to your iPhone from this link (or QR code below) and log in with your official campus ministry address.

1. Allow Notifications - So you see incoming students reaching out to you.

2. Click "Sign Up" (below the red Login button)  

3. Create Account - Your official campus ministry email, name, password, Profile Type such as Campus Minister and nickname (anything unique, won't be seen)

4. Check your Email to activate your account. 

5. Press the 3-Lines menu on the lower right of the App then on that "More" page press your Profile and hit EDIT to Add your Photo. Very important. Then hit Edit again to add any details you wish for college or high school. 

6. When you have time, go to the More page again and see Info and Resources for an APP overview and at the bottome the page for Leaders and Parents, down to College Ministries 

IMPORTANT FOR COLLEGE MINISTRIES RECEIVING INTIAL STUDENTS AND FOCUS GROUPS

1. Hit the Explore tab at the bottom of the App.

2. Hit the red Search link at top right

3. Search The Ohio State,  Follow OSU, and if your ministry is there Follow that.  You can be an Organizer, who has fulll access to edit your ministry listing and will be receiving contacts from incoming students.  If you think you should be an organizer, ask one there to promote you via their Manage button or message John Decker in the system or Email me here.

4. Also Search and Follow ESS Columbus Area" which will be part of the Focus group network.

5. Note that EveryStudentSent.org is a clone of the App and some tasks such as editing your group are easier on a laptop.
