Students are making important decisions about college majors, careers and their future—often without the opportunity to hear from Christians who have actually worked in the fields they are considering.

Every Student Sent Career Conversations connect experienced professionals with high school and college students for a relaxed, moderated 45-minute Zoom conversation.

No presentation is required. Just share what you have learned.

What Does a Career Conversation Look Like?

1. ESS brings the students together locally or nationally.
We invite students who are interested in your profession, educational track or area of expertise.

2. An ESS moderator guides the conversation.
You will be asked comfortable questions about your career journey, education, challenges and lessons learned.

3. Students ask their questions.
The conversation becomes an encouraging, practical exchange about careers, college majors, calling and faith.

ESS handles the scheduling, Zoom technology, student promotion, moderation and follow-up.

• How did you choose your profession?

• What college major or training prepared you?

• What do you wish you had known as a student?

• What are the opportunities and challenges in your field?

• How has your Christian faith shaped your work and leadership?
